Our Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products we offer, we are currently unable to offer exchanges or refunds. However, in the event that the product you received is damaged or faulty in any way, please get in touch with us at postartindia@hotmail.com and we will be happy to assist with resolving the issue for you.
Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
LOCAL STORE PICKUP: A - 120 POPULAR PLAZA, SOMESHWAR COMPLEX - 1, 132 FEET RING ROAD, SHYAMAL CROSS ROADS, SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT, INDIA, 380015
Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, from 11am - 7pm, and are generally ready within one business day. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
STANDARD LOCAL (WITHIN GUJARAT) AND DOMESTIC (WITHIN INDIA) SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday). The local post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of 25 INR applies to orders shipping locally within Gujarat, 60 INR to other parts of India.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Select "Standard Local Shipping" if your delivery location falls within the state of Gujarat, or "Standard Domestic Shipping" for all other parts of India.
Orders placed before 3pm during store hours (Monday - Saturday, 11am - 7pm) will be ready for store pickup by the next business day or shipped within the next 2 business days. Orders placed outside of these hours will be ready for pickup within the next 2 business days or shipped within the next 3 business days.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE INDIA)
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday). We use SkyNet for international deliveries. Their delivery standard is 10-15 business days. Your shipping rate will be calculated based on your location, and will be stated during checkout.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Select "Standard International Shipping".
Orders placed before 3pm during store hours (Monday - Saturday, 11am - 7pm) will be ready for to be shipped within the next 2 business days. Orders placed outside of these hours will be ready for pickup/shipped within the next 3 business day.
